Manual processes become automatic

The pusher unit (DPP), as provided with wheels, can be integrated to the production line and it's managed from a software.
Its function is to push down the top layer of cakes (cover).
This operation is useful to make uniform the height of the cakes and then simplify the following garnishing.
The machine can be disassembled and cleaned easily without tools.
