Manual processes become automatic
The Dumplings making machine (SGA) has been
designed to make the “grandmother's gnocchi”, pressed
on the grater and embossed to hold sauces.
The SGA machine extrudes the “gnocco” from the dough
of potatoes and gives it the typical shape.
The machine is composed by modular elements, one
through four, according to the required productivity.
The structure is made of stainless steel or plastic
materials in compliance with food safety standards.
