Compact line is the new Sost process line small in size. It
maintains all the qualities of the bigger lines both in terms of
efficiency and productivity.
It consists of an electronic volumetric dosing model DVE (set up
for a second one) mounted on a 42cm wide and 3m long conveyor
belt, all managed by a touch screen panel with "recipes"
software.
It can be equipped with various accessories to fill round cakes,
rectangular cakes, slices, single portions, pizzas.
The Compact has a wide range of accessories:
heads with single nozzles,
multiple adjustable nozzle heads,
round dosing nozzles,
layer dosing nozzles,
shaped dosing nozzles.
It is made with certified materials for food use, it can be
disassembled and cleaned easily without tools and it has braked
wheels.
